If a 1st mortgage holder forecloses on a property, how long does the 2nd mtg holder have to pursue deficiency after foreclosure?

As others have stated, the second mortgage holder can sue on the delinquent note at any time, and would be time-barred only on those installment...
There was a final disposition form filed on me stating that the case has been disposed by judge.what does this mean?
