UNTRUSTWORTHY
Gave retainer for custody trial. Told him repeatedly that I would not settle but wanted to fight for custody. He kept telling judge a settlement could be made who then sent us to mediation 2x. When I wanted my retainer back he made up pages of "work" he had done. Cost me 5K and months of my time.

Garrett Briggs- an Honest Review
No accounting for the funds I gave him. Did Not acknowledge the documents I sent him. When I phoned him he acted like he was too busy to talk with me and performed minimal work on my probate case. The results bore out his effort. He would not even look me in the eye when I departed at our last meetin...

Just wanted my retainer - tried everything to prevent me from going to custody trial - lied to me so that we went to arbritration for second time claiming it was judges decision
