Sara has a pleasant personality and comes across confidant and caring. However this a façade, she is under qualified and inexperienced for the legal work she takes on. She took on my case of fighting for the school my child would attend. Leading up to the mediation she repeatedly told me I had a stro...ng case and she did not see how I could lose. When we arrived at mediation she changed completely and folded. I was provided bad legal advice and council to dismiss my case because I would not win. The main sticking point was that my ex’s zoned school was 2 points higher rated than mine for the prior year. However both schools were still an A, and my zoned school had been rated higher the last 5 years by more than a 2 point margin. As I am sure any parent can imagine there were many other personal and social factors effected by this situation as well. All leading to my zoned school to be in my child’s best interest.  Sara acted surprised by the 2 point difference and felt this was the trump card and could not be overcome. She was ill prepared for this case as she did NO research or prep work on her own. She required me to do all case prep work and then did not stand behind the facts and evidence I had laid out. I was charged absorbent fees and little to no work was done on her end. Sara filed the motion and showed up for mediation and that is all. Sara was no help at the mediation as I stated above she counseled me to dismiss and did not fight for my case, or the best interest of my child. After dismissing my case I was not satisfied, I hired a new lawyer. She was able to not only win my case she did it under a shorter time frame as Sara had wasted months getting nothing done. I am very disappointed with Sara. There is absolutely nothing I can recommend about her. She doesn't fight, she folds and runs.  I would strongly urge anyone considering hiring her to look elsewhere.

I visited Sara after receiving a recommendation from a friend early last year. She was extremely knowledgable in the area of divorce and in particular child support and custody. My wife and her attorney were very aggressive but Sara was able to convince the judge that their demands were more than u...nreasonable. In the end I got 50/50 time sharing of our son and not a dime in alimony. Needless to say the ex wasn't happy !

She handled my parent sharing plan and did not want to go to court. She wanted a quick open and shut case and therefore I feel I did not get to fight for everything I wanted in the case. She was not very responsive and also filed motions on my behalf without running it by me. I also was the one who ...had to reach out to her to get my final judgement order since she did not send it to me.

Sara advises me what I could achieve and equally importantly she counseled me what I probably would not be able to achieve. Her advice turned out to save me financially and save my relationship with my children which was falling apart. Sara was great during the four way conference and when in court h...e kept her cool even when my husbands attorney just started making up stories. She got the judge focused on the facts, spelled out the numbers and her professionalism coupled with her passion won the court over. I give her an A plus and recommend her unequivocally.
