Biography
Lauren delivers tailored solutions to clients’ complex business and legal issues through creative problem solving, big-picture perspective, and high-touch counsel. She focuses her practice on financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions, leading clients through private placements ranging from seed and angel rounds to late-stage infusions, and positioning clients for their long-term, strategic goals along the way. Lauren also advises on partnership and shareholder matters, corporate structure and governance, and SEC compliance for exempt offerings.
Lauren earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from William & Mary Law School, where she was the Symposium Editor of the William & Mary Law Review, a member of Phi Delta Phi, and a Graduate Research Fellow. She also holds a BA in English literature, summa cum laude, from Flagler College. In her endeavor to stay always a student, Lauren is pursuing a Venture Capital University certificate offered by Berkeley Law in partnership with the National Venture Capital Association.
Lauren is a Jacksonville native and member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
