Elizabeth has been instrumental in knowing the laws and cases that will play a major part in a court decision. She is dedicated to you and your specific details indiv...idually. She listened to my concerns, the needs, and future financial care and medical required for my child. I could rest easier during this whole process and the years cases sometimes take through the family court system. Going to court is a very emotional and challenging thing to deal with but if you hire Elizabeth you will definitely be able to have direction, clear path of action steps, and a person that truly cares about the outcome and your families future. I had been in a battle over custody and child support for 4 years when I finally found Elizabeth. I had been through 2 attorneys and over $100,000 fighting my ex husband, it seemed he was just going to get away with what ever he wanted because he owned his own business and no one could really help m...e. When I found Elizabeth she knew exactly what to do. She fought for my ex to have to file his taxes and prove his income to establish a very specific child support payment plan. She also was able to get my strata plus interest awarded to me and set up a payment plan for that. My ex was ordered to serve jail time due to his lack of following the previous orders.
