I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Christopher Bondani with the Hill and Bondani firm. The professionalism that was demonstrated during all of this is a rare find. I always received excellent service! He was knowledgeable, kept me up to date thru the entire event and was alway...s quick to respond to emails or phone calls. Here’s some background, I was purchasing a home in the Julington Creek Planation area while selling my other home. I had some extraordinary difficult situations come up on title of the home I was purchasing. Mr. Bondani quickly assessed the situation and was able to come up with a resolution. He saved not only me but also the homeowner whom was selling from making a huge financial error that involved a third party that wormed there way into the seller’s end, attempting to steal her funds from the sale of her home and refusing to return our deposit. Mr. Bondani always returned my phone calls (if they weren’t answered when I called) within minutes along with my emails. I felt as if my questions were always answered, along with any update’s. He was there to answer all my questions from the home I was buying and selling on the day of closing for each home. Mr. Bondani was nothing short of amazing. I will always be grateful to him, and his efficient/effective ways. There is no doubt Mr. Bondani will represent you and your interest first, he will also treat you with professionalism and sincerity. We as a family thank you Mr. Bondani for all your dedication and hardwork.

My husband and I hired what we thought were a reputable tax firm to complete our taxes. (2010 & 2011). We thought that everything had been handled smoothly when suddenly we received a notice from the IRS that some of our deductions were not allowed. My husband contacted the tax firm who promptly to...ld us that they only entered the information (which was not true-they actually advised us on what to do).
