Brandon A Stanko

With deep roots in an entrepreneurial family, Brandon Stanko’s passion for helping business owners grew from witnessing the opportunities and challenges small businesses encounter. Since 2012, Brandon has represented clients in a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters, with particular experience in the oil and gas industry and nonprofit (501(c)(3)) organization formation. As a founding shareholder, Brandon focuses on building longstanding client relationships and delivering comprehensive legal support, including business entity structuring, formation documentation, corporate audits, regulatory compliance, and contract analysis. He approaches each engagement with a client-centered perspective, aiming to guide organizations from formation through growth and operational success. Originally from the Pittsburgh region, Brandon received his undergraduate degree from Gannon University and his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and has provided leadership as both President and Chairman of the Board of the Southside Business Men’s Club. In his spare time, Brandon volunteers and coaches youth soccer.
