Biography
I am a trial lawyer located in St. Augustine, Florida. My practice focuses on criminal defense, construction litigation, and real estate litigation. I began my legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Fort Myers, Florida, during which time I defended individuals accused of crimes and served as first chair on misdemeanor, felony, and DUI trials.
After several years of criminal defense I returned to north Florida where I joined a St. Augustine firm specializing in construction litigation. During that time I represented contractors, homeowners, associations and businesses with various construction disputes including construction defect claims, building code violations, construction liens/foreclosures, project delays, breach of contract, and insurance disputes.
