T Hailey Hatcher

T. Hailey Hatcher brings close to 25 years worth of legal experience to Luke Law, LLC.

In the late 1980’s Hailey began his legal career in his hometown of Valdosta, Georgia as a courier and title search clerk with Barham, Elliott, Bennett, Miller, Stone and Cowart. Following this introduction to the legal environment, Hailey sought to broaden his horizons in the profession. Accepting more responsibility and duties, he began work for L. Warren Turner, Jr. and Roger J. Dodd at Dodd and Turner, P.C. in Valdosta as an investigator. This position afforded Hailey the opportunity to work directly under the supervision of the attorneys investigating criminal cases and cases involving injured parties. After two years with Dodd and Turner, P.C., Hailey left the legal field for a short span of time when he took a sales position for Jacksonville, Florida based MAC Papers in Atlanta and then Charlotte. 

With a strong desire to come back to the legal profession, Hailey returned to Valdosta in 1992 to serve as an investigator for J. Converse Bright and James G. Tunison, Jr. During his time with Bright & Tunison, Hailey carried out investigations in both civil and criminal cases. Then, in 1996, Hailey moved to Langdale and Vallotton, LLP where he and childhood friend, attorney William P. Langdale, III worked closely together on catastrophic personal injury cases, medical malpractice cases and wrongful death matters. Over the years, Hailey has developed a keen sense of investigatory practices and techniques which have led to successful settlements and jury verdicts for numerous clients. Specifically, Hailey has conducted investigations into auto accidents, tractor trailer accidents, home explosions, burn injuries, amusement park incidents and medical malpractice cases. He has also conducted investigations into numerous wrongful death cases. Due to his long tenure in the legal profession, Hailey has established solid relationships with attorneys, accident reconstructionists, medical professionals and other individuals across the southeastern United States. In 2008, prior to graduation from Florida Coastal School of Law, Hailey began his association with Luke Law, LLC in an investigatory position.  After passing the bar in April of 2009, Hailey formally joined Luke Law, LLC. Hailey is licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts.

Hailey’s practice focuses on helping injured victims.
