Rob is a fourth generation Clay County native who graduated with a B.S. from the University of Florida in 1992 and law degree from the University of Florida in 1996.
Rob first earned significant trial experience working as a state prosecutor in both Clay and Duval counties. After moving to private practice, Rob continued his dedication to advocacy, handling insurance defense and other civil litigation cases. For the past decade, as managing partner of Kopelousos & Bradley, P.A., Rob has focused his career on representing local municipalities and political subdivisions, such as special taxing districts. He currently serves as general counsel to the Town of Orange Park, the City of Keystone Heights and The Crossings Community Development District (Eagle Harbor). Rob has also successfully represented other community development districts around the State on a special engagement basis regarding ad valorem taxation issues.
With his extensive experience in government and municipal law, Rob also represents private businesses and individuals with a wide array of legal matters that require an intimate understanding of government regulation, financing, procurement and administration. These clients include both large and small landowners, private businesses and prospective businesses in Clay County. Rob has the legal acumen and local knowledge to serve as an advocate for his clients and help them succeed.
Rob also dedicates himself to his community through public service. In 2007, then-Governor Charlie Christ appointed Rob to the Clay County Board of County Commissioners, where he served as Vice-Chairman. Rob has served as President of the Clay County Bar Association, Chairman of the Board of Management of the YMCA Barco-Newton, and as a founding member of the Clay County Victim Services Center. Rob recently received a gubernatorial appointment to the Board of Trustees, St. Johns River State College. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Northeast Florida Community Hospice and on the Board of Directors for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.

Great experience
I went to see Mr. Bradley with a easement problem involving my neighbor. He was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and got my situation resolved quicker than other lawyers I have dealt with. I would definitely recommend him.
"I have had the pleasure of working both alongside and against Mr. Bradley in a variety of cases over the past couple of years, and in spending time with him professionally and personally it is apparent that he embodies the very best aspects of our profession. Mr. Bradley has impressed me on several occasions with his legal reasoning and ability to humanize the issues that confront the case. In the courtroom, he is both pragmatic and a zealous advocate for his clients. Most important, Mr. Bradley has handled every case diligently and with impeccable professionalism."
