I went to Mike with a very specific situation concerning my seven year old son and loss and damage of his permanent teeth due to a very avoidable incident! I was very uncertain of my rights! I felt I shouldn't be responsible for the very expensive dentist fees! Mike, Ben and Lora worked diligentl...y on my case! They got my monies reimbursed and an extra amount that I am putting in an account for my son to have to repair his teeth when he is older! I was told by the dentist that the damage was so extensive that the root canal and caps would have to be redone two times in his life! I am an attorney myself and met Mike years ago in the local legal community. After my family and I were in a severe car accident, I turned to him and his law office for help. In the 14 months of my DUI case, he returned my calls only one time. The only time I could ever talk to him was on the days that court preceeeding were held. When I asked for a back ground check on the officers involved to ensure there was no misconduct in their past histories as officers, he simply ...stated he did, nothing was found and could not provide me a copy of that report. Which told me he never did it. He also told me I was being charged w/ 4th DUI whcih resulted in his fee going from $5K to $8500K. I found out through him in the middle of the case that she wasn't charging me with a 4th because she couldnt prove the first two back in 1983 and 1984 (incomplete and missing records) HE KNEW BEFORE!!!. I paid him $7800 and I get a call from the firms acctg dept and they want to know when Im going to pay the balance. I told them I was never charged with a 4th (felony) and if anything he owed me money. Then later his office tells me I owe nothing, bc of the goodness of his heart. WTF!

Mike Quimby told me, "we might have to go all the way this one" because the state was not willing to budge on their offer. I was scared but we proceeded. Next was the motion hearing's which Mike said that he was not going to promise me anything on the out come, but that he believed that the motion's ...would seriously have to be addressed. they worked agressivley on my case. It was amazing to watch them and listen to their defense as they questioned the officer involved. I was looking at a possible prison sentence if it went to trial. So now was the the time for Mike Quimby to prove to the court the my case which he did with a proffesional and agressive manner that I have never seen. The judge accepted the motions and we won the the case. I want to thank Mike Quimby and his associates for the remakable job they did. They know the law! His legal assistant Robyn Cummings and also Attorney Jody Wade did a fantastic job. I want to thank all of you and the whole firm for their diligent work at handling my case! God bless you all.
