Mr. Dukes focuses his practice on construction litigation and litigation matters related to eviction actions and landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosure defense, challenges to ad valorem tax assessments and value adjustment board hearings, HOA matters ranging from enforcement of covenants and restrictions to collection of assessments, commercial and residential real estate contracts, business and partnership disputes, construction and lien law litigation, partition of property, quiet title, boundary disputes, insurance disputes, bankruptcy, probate and other estate planning matters, and all types of similar civil cases. With a background in agriculture and having worked as a land surveying technician for his family’s business, Mr. Dukes knows firsthand the challenges, difficulties and complexities facing farmers, land owners, and professionals providing services in the real estate industry.
