If there were an option for a 6 star review, it would go to Beth Sammons. Beth handled an extremely difficult, several year long case for my father, and acted with professionalism, care, and an EXTREMELY high intellect for the entire duration of the case. When Beth had finished doing whatever extreme... analysis and decision making was required, she would communicate efficiently and provide a plan; and then a back plan, a back up back up plan, and so on. Being almost entirely infantile in the criminal justice/legal realm, Beth made it very clear and easy to understand exactly what was happening; which changed constantly throughout this three year long case. The most incredible aspect about Beth Sammons criminal defense practice is the amount of care towards results she displayed - during a case this long and detailed, it would be very easy for a lawyer to lose motivation and effort. However, it almost seemed as though the longer the case went on, the more dedicated and persistent Beth became, ALWAYS pursuing for the absolute best possible outcome, not just a safe guarantee. When it comes to hard work, genuine care, and physical results - Beth Sammons is in an entire league of her own. My fathers case was very cutthroat and firm, leading us to belive that the best possible scenario was minimal jail time, which would destabilize and prove extremely disadvantageous to my entire immediate family in ways we wouldn’t be able to live the same. As soon as the sentencing began and Beth began, hope was immediately placed into us. So, when our father walked out of the sentencing alongside us immediately after, Beth effectively did more than just practice law in an extremely intelligent and advanced way; Beth kept our family together and prevented every one of our lives from facing difficult hardships as a result.

Beth is a great attorney if you ever need one for a criminal case. She is very attentive and very detailed. I am the type of person that needs to know who, what, why, and when. She always answered my millions of questions in a timely manner. She kept her word and kept me informed of my case frequ...ently. I would refer to her to any of my close friends or family. I met Beth Marie Sammons not by fate or chance, but by faith. I had a challenging case involving 2 different counties and she was there every step of the way. There are a lot of well-publicized lawyers who will take whatever first offer they are given and won't fight. I've seen it and it is disgusting. So when I got into a little trouble and needed a lawyer who would not accept what I was being charged with, I asked around for a lawyer that wouldn't just t...ake the first offer and would fight. A bulldog. We were recommended to Bruce at this same law firm. I admit, I was a little worried that I was given to a different lawyer, even with the reassurances they would work together. However, I must say that I am very happy that I got to have Beth! She really cares about your case and she follows through with her word. She seems to have a good relationship with the DAs and other important people in the system - which is crucial! Even the PO said that she really cares about her cases and likes her. She was able to get everything we needed to happen, happen and has been a pleasure to have on my side going through this. I don't plan on getting into any more trouble, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to call her again.
