David J. Gregors

David J. Gregors is the founder and managing attorney of Astraea Law, P.A., with offices in Fernandina Beach, Florida and Brunswick, Georgia. The firm handles criminal defense, juvenile dependency, family law, appeals, probate and estate planning, civil litigation, and business matters, and its two-state footprint lets it take on the cross-border issues that arise along the Florida-Georgia line.

Born and raised in Albany, Georgia, David came to the law by an unconventional road: twelve years as a paramedic before trading the ambulance for the courtroom. That background shapes how he practices, clear-headed under pressure, decisive when it matters, and focused on the person at the center of every case. Before entering private practice he advocated for foster children through the Guardian ad Litem Program.

David holds a B.A. in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Valdosta State University, a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law, and an LL.M. in Health Law and Public Policy from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He is admitted in Florida, Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
