Huge Win on Collection of Promissory Note debt

OUTCOME: We proved our case, none of the Notes were usurious, and huge judgments entered against defendants.

Defendants defaulted on 2 Notes. Even though not his burden to prove, my client provided proof of some payments made, but Defendants didn't agree with his accounting. They provided no proof of payments ... and called one note usurious.
