Mandi Deyerle McDonough

Now the statement “highly annoyed” would be an understatement. I contacted Mandi back in 2018 for help. We had a consultation, I paid my 100.00. Afterward, I was not able to get in contact with her. I sent multiple emails, left multiple voicemails and I was never contacted back. I gave up and hired s...omeone else ultimately. Now this year rolls around, and I reach out to her, again. I spoke to her directly and even told her about the issues with communication from 2018. She said okay, apologized and gave me a discount on my consultation fee for this new matter. Her assistant scheduled my consult for 06/17/2022 at 9:00 AM. She advised me I would receive email correspondence to confirm this and etc. Here I am on 06/17/22 at 10:51 AM eastern time, and I have not been contacted. Furthermore I never received any type of email confirmation. At this point, it’s just disheartening and disrespectful. I am a soon to be law student and I don’t picture myself being a bad communicator like the above mentioned. If your case load is too heavy, don’t agree to meet with individuals.

Ms. McDonough has been an amazing lawyer. As a Soldier I couldn’t ask for a better person. Ms. McDonough understands military training and other things regarding military. She works with you when you can talk to her and fights for you. Also as a father, it can be difficult for you to get to see your ...children but she is a pit Bull and will fight every inch. I could not have had a better attorney!! She fought for me and my children until I got the outcome that was needed. She is a non-stop fighter, easy to talk to, and always made me feel that my case was important, even though she has many other cases. I have gotten calls and emails late at night (and even on some weekends) when other attorneys wouldn\'t even think about their clients. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for her and the team.

She is very knowledgeable and compassionate towards the military and has first hand knowledge of what military families go through. Attorney Mandi McDonough was an absolute answer to prayer. Despite working from home during the pandemic and like most of us who had to juggle our jobs and our children who were home from school; she was juggling her elementary aged son and her newborn daughter who was born during the pandemic all wh...ile tirelessly working hard on my case fir my family. I found her to be compassionate, timely, encouraging, strategic and very knowledgeable. The first court date she outlined my case perfectly and held my now ex husband accountable for everything he had done. I was awarded custody, child support, generous alimony and attorneys fees from the Judge. Later I found out from my ex that his lawyer charged him $2,000 extra retainer up front because of the fight he knew he had being up against my lawyer. I can see why, she is very strategic, honest and knows the law. I needed a lot of hand holding and needed a lot of explanations throughout the process and she was always generous with her time. I read a lot of reviews before I hired her and there were a few negative that concerned me but way more positive. The negative ones I read were NOT my experience at all. My experience was excellent and professional from beginning to end. After working with Mandi for over a year on my case and getting consistent communication and professionalism, I think those few negative reviews were from angry people on the other side like my ex who she destroyed in court and not from real clients of Attorney McDonough. I would recommend her 100 times! She helped me through the worst period in my life with kindness, empathy and brilliant legal strategy.
