After dismissing another attorney and explaining I wanted someone to fight for me, I was assured she would. Well things did not well and felt like she got tired of dealing with me. Had issues all through out the case and left multiple messages that were not answerved. Botched contempt hearing, too...k almost 5 months to get papers drawn up after last court date. Sent out papers to ex's attorney before draft was approved. Multiple mistakes that drug things out. Ex was in comtempt for several issues including income deducted child support. She promised to take care of contempt once papers were signed and never did. Still having major issues

I wouldn't recommend her to anyone, she came highly recommended but during my consultation she was very rude and disrespectful to say the least. She didn't hear out my case before making pre judgements. I think she is a good knowledgeable lawyer to whom she chooses to work with and if she think you "...can't afford her" she will not give you the time of day. Even after telling her I wouldn't have wasted her time if I couldn't afford her, She was still rude and persistent in stating her opinion. I would seek any and every other lawyer before giving her your money.

My advice to anyone seeking a divorce in Columbus, GA is to go far away from Columbus, GA to get your attorney and your divorce. My life was destroyed by false accusations, false witnesses, and apparent discrimination. I had a high-priced, prominent Columbus attorney but my case was turned into ...a circus. It is a real shame what I, and my son, have suffered as a result of my Columbus, GA divorce experience.

I read the reviews on here an almost didn't walk into Grogan and Grogan, but I sure am glad I did! Mrs Grogan knows the law books by heart! She is EXTREMELY smart and doesn't take any crap from anyone, including other lawyers or her clients. Be honest with her an she will do everything in her power t...o help you. She is hands down the most knowledgable and best lawyer in town and everyone knows it... Other lawyers, judges, ect. DO NOT let other reviews on here scare you out of using her. She kept me informed and got her job done quickly. She emailed me back every time I emailed her, free of charge. She did not charge me for the consultation. She does not charge for phone calls. I don't know where these other people got their information from but they are wrong. Mrs Grogan means business. If these other people are writing bad reviews I'm willing to bet it is because after one conversation with her you can tell she's serious about her job and she doe not care if everyone knows it. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through divorce, custody or child support.

Run away as fast as you can! You will regret having ever walked into her office. I learned this after 3 years of paying close to 20,000 for paperwork & court dates that continually got cancelled. If you were ever lucky enough to get a return phone call, all you got were excuses & another bill. After... talking to many persons in the community, I have found that this is typical of her practice.
