E-2 Registration to L-1 Cases

We recently assisted a mid-size Canadian company whom we had acheived E-2 registration for. After the U.S. and Canadian companies were acquired by a U.S. equity group the E registration became moot an ... d we filed and got approved 20 L-1 petitions based on 'successor in interest' designation and for individuals that were functional executives based on decision-making not oversight. Very rewarding.
