Don’t waste your money

What really concerned me is that there were key details about my case that he didn’t seem to fully understand—even things I feel should have been clear from the beginning. Once it became obvious that my case wasn’t progressing, his attitude changed completely. He became extremely rude and unprofessio...nal. For the amount of money I paid (around $9,000), I expected diligence, communication, and respect. Instead, the process was dragged out, I was treated poorly, and in the end I received the exact same charges and outcome I likely would have gotten with a standard public defender. I still faced jail time and penalties, making the entire experience feel like a complete waste. If you’re considering hiring him, I would strongly suggest thinking twice. Based on my experience, you may end up paying thousands for the same result you could get for far less without the disrespect.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
