I am a family man with children and grandchildren. My practice area extends to most of the mid to southern portions of Georgia.
I have been an attorney for over 30 years, helping people in several different aspects of law. I have been a State assistant district attorney for ten of those years, otherwise a large portion of my practice concerns defending persons and minors charged with crimes (felonies and misdemeanors) - including Magistrate, Juvenile, State and Superior courts
My family law practice includes representation for protective orders, divorces, legitimations, child custody and support, adoptions, name chages and helping families concerning DFACS petitions and allegations.
My other areas of practice include preparing Wills, Advance Medical Directives, Powers of Attorney, Guardianships, Conservatorships, and simple Deeds.
