Stephan Alan Ray

Mr. Ray handles a variety of business law and banking matters.  His practice includes commercial litigation, commercial lending, as well as the general representation of businesses.  He also specializes in the representation of creditors in commercial and agricultural bankruptcies. 

Mr. Ray is licensed in Georgia and Alabama.  He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia (2014), the Alabama State Bar (2015), the Georgia Court of Appeals (2015), the Supreme Court of Georgia (2015), the Supreme Court of Alabama (2015), and the following U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts: the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia; the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Alabama; and the Northern District of Florida.
