Robert Pinnero provided legal advice involving multiple issues. For example, Mr. Pinnero provided excellent guidance on the processes to follow and handling of my mother's estate, alleviating many of the frustrations. He provided contacts to obtain information and guidance to effectively process th...e paperwork, interpret her will, resolve property issues, and provided insight into how to perform my duties as the executor of her estate. He accompanied me to probate court and processed legal paperwork. He was responsive, thorough, compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable throughout this time of mourning and resolution. Mr. Pinnero represented both my ex-husband and me in an effective and ultimately noncontroversial divorce settlement and filing. He provided solid advice and interpreted the laws covering divorces and the allocation of our holdings in ways the we could understand and at a reasonable cost. Additionally, in two different cases, upon calls for help, Mr. Pinnero on short notice supported friends whose adult children were in serious trouble with criminal charges. In both cases, my friends had never been exposed to conditions involving arrests, incarcerations, court proceedings, etc. He responded quickly and although involved at the time of my initial call with other court matters, made calls to ascertain the situation from officials and relayed instructions to their families on how best to help their children. He explained the confusing legal procedures and ably represented his clients in court ultimately resulting in significantly reduced sentences. Mr. Pinnero was very supportive and effectively communicated between the families, clients, and authorities. Again, all of this was provided at a very reasonable cost to the families.
