She is so unprofessional in all ways don't return your calls and if she does she just tells you what you want to hear and to top it off she steals your money progressive sent her a 25,000 check in my daughters claim and this was back in March she has had the check since June and has not yet to releas...

She received my money but never forwarded it
After signing a contract with this office and multiple forms of communication, I stopped hearing back from them. GEICO forwarded my settlement to the office and I never received a dime! It has been over a year and I can't get a response from the office.

Waste of time & money
She never called me back to get my case started after i paid her and she hasn't responded since smh ! Little does she know Im a single father and me and my three girls have been homeless due to this .... please don't make the mistake i did !

Don’t keep you updated on anything that is going on,it’s like the drag the case so you owe more.I didn’t know what was going on with my case unless I emailed or called them.That made it very frustrating,because it seems as if they was getting aggravated!
