Mr. Flores, a Commercial Roofer, witnessed a concrete wall fall onto two co-workers, killing them both. Accident date was 7/31/07 in Brownsville, Texas. No physical injuries were claimed, only emotiona ... l trauma from witnessing the deaths. The claim was denied by the carrier. The initial offer to settle was $10,000.00 which was rejected, and the case was set for trial.
