Asked Mr. Suto to write up a will and Power of Attorney on my brother's recommendation; they had both worked for the same Atlanta law firm. Suto charged (his retainer) triple what should have been charged and merely used white-out on old POA paperwork; he even came to final witness signing bringing p...apers with himself as second in line for making decisions after he had been corrected twice for same faulty issue on a draft. In no way was he ever to make any end-of-life decisions for me or direct any on my life savings to anyone. Of course, no "non-billable" retainer fees were ever reimbursed. TALL paperwork had to be completely re-written just two years later.
