John Stephen Wetzler

I have practiced in the area of family law including divorces, child support issues, contempt issues and modifications of prior orders for various reasons for over 16 years in Georgia. I practice all over the State of Georgia and have been admitted for limited appearances in other states when the demands of a particular case warrant it.

I have served as an Assistant District Attorney with an active case load of 300+ cases at a time. I have practiced in the area of Criminal Defense at all times when I was not a felony prosecutor in the Brunswick Judicial Circuit. I have the jury trial experience to oversee cases ranging from traffic tickets to felony murder with over 16 years of active experience as a trial lawyer in South Georgia.

I have overseen many Personal Injury claims over the past 16 years, some of which I have taken to Jury Trials, most of which get resolved somewhere between a thorough preparation for trial and the trial date.
