Alex Dean Mayfield

Alex Mayfield is the founding attorney of Mayfield Law, LLC, a personal injury firm dedicated to serving the residents of Brunswick and the surrounding coastal communities. Known for his compassionate, strategic approach, Alex is committed to standing up for injury victims and helping them navigate some of the most challenging times of their lives.

Before founding his own firm, Alex represented major insurance companies—experience that now gives his clients a valuable advantage. He knows how insurers think, how they evaluate claims, and how they defend them. Today, he uses that insight to fight for those harmed by negligence, working tirelessly on cases involving car accidents, truck crashes, wrongful death, dog bites, daycare injuries, and unsafe premises.

A proud native of the South, Alex earned his law degree from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law and his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina. His legal philosophy is simple: be honest, be prepared, and always put the client first.
