Victoria Heather Helgesen

I founded Transcendens Law LLC to give Georgia businesses and families the kind of legal counsel usually reserved for large corporations: experienced, strategic, and genuinely accessible.

I have practiced law for 18 years. I began my career as a commercial litigator with an Am Law 100 firm, then spent more than a decade in-house with a national consumer finance company, where I ultimately served as Chief Legal Officer. In that role I advised executive leadership on litigation, contracts, employment matters, regulatory compliance, licensing, corporate governance, and risk management. That experience shapes how I practice today: I give clients the direct, practical answer a general counsel would give, not a memo that leaves the decision harder than it started.

I am located on Wilmington Island in Savannah, Georgia, and I also maintain an office in Tignall, Georgia, in Wilkes County. From those two locations, I represent clients across the state.
