Unprofessional

We contacted Matthew to represent our neighborhood homeowners against the developers who were negligent in their repairs to our neighborhood. Matt was interested and said he would help. However after trying to email and call him for 2 weeks leaving messages with his secretary he never returned our ca...lls. This was a time sensitive issues in which we needed something and instead of telling us he was not interested he ignored us. Not recommended.
