Ms. Shaina is honestly amazing. She's highly intelligent, professional, diligent, thorough in gaining a full understanding of a case, very knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate. She follows through on what she says (ie: call backs, reviewing documents, etc) and is very easy to work with. I w...as having difficulty with the SSA (several data entry errors on their part) and they were refusing to investigate the issues until Ms. Shaina came on board - she was respectful yet persistent with the case, knew the policies and laws involved.
