Robert F. Pirkle

Mr. Pirkle was my divorce lawyer for over a year - he did not get me divorced and he wasted my time. They rarely answered their phone, and if I wanted to talk to Mr. Pirkle, typical waiting time was 1-2 weeks. Even when I spoke with him, he treated our conversation like it was an incredible nuisanc...e that he didn’t have time for. Had his secretary do all of the leg work – always tons of errors that required lots of corrections. It was clear he never checked their work. His tactic was to just sit back and wait for your case to “run its course”, he did not put in any effort to advocating to get my case done quickly. He also made decisions without asking me, like cancelling mediation last minute, which added another 2 months to the case. After waiting many months of waiting for trial, 2 days business beforehand Mr. Pirkle realized he had failed to submit the required paperwork and it was a black eye for us. I had to hire a new lawyer who actually finished the job.

Mr. Pirkle really took care of me when I was I was suffering with my former wife. She placed a restraining order on me and had me removed from my he by law enforcement. I maintained my innocence throughout the entire process. The only person who believed me and represented me in court was Mr. Pirkle.... He did a fantastic job of getting the restraining order removwd, then representing me during my divorce. These proceedings were some of the most difficult issues I've ever had to deal with in my entire life including my service during Dessert Storm. But, Mr. Perkle provided me with excellent advice and stood by my side throughout the entire process. For this, I thank him and will be forever indebted to him. Thank You one again Bob. Be Blessed.
