Additionally, Mr. Magee has experience handling a wide spectrum of cases. He has worked on cases ranging from as simple as traffic violations, to as serious and complex as death penalty murder, an $80 million Ponzi scheme, and complex computer crimes. Several of the cases Mr. Magee has worked on received national and international media attention.
In 2013, he was hand-selected to train and advise Marine Corps prosecutors across the globe as part of the Marine Corps Trial Counsel Assistance Program. He was also selected to represent the Marine Corps as part of a congressional working group studying 27 civilian criminal justice jurisdictions and making recommendations regarding proposed changes to the military justice system.
Mr. Magee earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. He went on to graduate first in his class at the Department of the Navy’s Naval Justice School, and then to earn his Masters of Law from Mercer University.
