Daniel Christopher Justus

Daniel C. Justus joined Lasky Justus Law in April 2015 and has since focused his practice on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. As head of the firm’s litigation department, Danny has achieved record-setting jury verdicts and recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Recognized as a “Rising Star” and “Top 40 Under 40” by multiple legal organizations, he is widely regarded as a skilled and dedicated advocate.

Danny is actively involved with the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and is a 2018 alumnus of its prestigious LEAD program, which prepares promising young trial lawyers for leadership roles. He is also a fellow of The Melvin M. Belli Society, an exclusive international organization promoting the exchange of trial advocacy ideas. A graduate of the Trial Lawyers College in Colorado, Danny has honed his formidable skills in jury perception, client understanding, and trial techniques.

Danny earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2014, where he excelled in trial advocacy and moot court competitions. Outside of his practice, he served as an adjunct professor at Savannah Law School and is the Solicitor for the City of Springfield, Georgia. Danny enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, Maria, and their three daughters.
