Daniel Christian Jenkins

Daniel C. Jenkins is a graduate of the University of Georgia (B.A., Political  Science, 2000) and Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law (J.D., 2005). Mr. Jenkins was admitted to practice in Georgia in 2005 and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Savannah Bar Association, U.S. Supreme Court, Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Jenkins, LLC is a boutique law firm in the heart of downtown Savannah, Georgia.  For nearly seven years, Mr. Jenkins prosecuted legal matters statewide for Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Ocwen Loan Servicing, CENLAR, Green Tree Servicing, LLC, Vanderbilt Mortgage, LLC and other major lenders.

Mr. Jenkins' practice applies his expertise in creditor rights and debtor rights in the context of bankruptcy, foreclosure, and debt collection. Routine matters include Chapters 7, 11, and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, wrongful foreclosure, suits for money judgment, and garnishments. In addition to specializing in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and debt collection, Mr. Jenkins regularly handles matters in the areas of personal injury and domestic relations in state and federal courts.
