Christopher Raymond Miller

Christopher Miller brings 11 years of legal experience to his work as a personal injury attorney serving clients across Georgia and Tennessee. A North Georgia native, Chris took an unconventional path to the law — he served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves as an aviation electrician while completing his B.A. in History at Georgia College and State University, then earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University in Orlando, Florida. The discipline and sense of duty he carried out of military service never left him, and both show up in how he approaches his work every day.

After earning his law degree, Chris stepped into the courtroom immediately, beginning his career as a prosecutor for the City of Atlanta before transitioning into personal injury law where he found his purpose. He now represents people who have been seriously hurt in motor vehicle accidents, trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, and motorcycle accidents, among others, fighting to make sure they are heard and treated fairly at every turn. For Chris, this work is personal. He understands that an injury doesn't just affect a person physically it disrupts their income, their family, and their sense of security. His approach reflects that understanding, combining aggressive advocacy with honest, direct communication so clients always know where they stand.

When he steps away from the office, Chris gravitates toward the simple things — time with his wife and kids, working in his garden, and the occasional movie night with the family and their three cats. He carries the same groundedness into his practice, showing up for clients the way he shows up for the people he loves.
