Carl Robert Varnedoe

Focusing on on personal injury and wrongful death litigation, Carl Varnedoe is the founder of Carl R Varnedoe, LLC. His law firm is located in Savannah, Georgia, and he represents clients in the greater metropolitan area and throughout the state. Mr. Varnedoe attended the University of Georgia’s Terry School of Business as an undergraduate, and in 1999, he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing. He then went on to pursue his legal education at the Mercer University School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2003.

Mr. Varnedoe’s personal injury client base is made up of people who have incurred physicial and economic harm as a direct result of the negligence of other persons or entities. The cases that he has worked on during his career have arisen out of incidents involving truck, motorcycle, and other types of motor vehicle crashes, dangerous or defective products, and premises liability. Mr. Varnedoe has been successful in obtaining significant amounts of monetary compensation for his plaintiff clients, and this has been the result of jury awards after a trial and of favorable settlements that he has been able to negotiate out of court with defendants and their liability insurance carriers.
