During that time, my son lived with me full time for over a year, even though I continued paying child support. Mr. Dozier was candid and professional, explaining that I could have sought legal action sooner and clearly outlining the steps needed to correct the situation. Mr. Dozier acted promptly and effectively. As a result of his representation, I was awarded primary physical custody of my son. My son now continues to live with me full time, and child support has been properly adjusted. Dennis is A Superhero

Dennis and his office were an amazing crew to work with. I felt they truly cared about my case and always responded with compassion and empathy, even when I was being an anxious, desperate mess. Yes, I’m one of those clients. Dennis was always able to calm my nerves and redirect my focus. Talking to ...Dennis is like talking to an old friend, he’s gentle yet firm and honest. Dennis fired my old attorney for me and was able to get a temporary agreement in place within 4 days. He then defended that same agreement in court with incredible integrity. In mediation, he was firm, kind hearted, and truly tried to understand why I wanted the things I wanted. He explained why certain ideas were unnecessary in an effective way. I found it comforting that we managed to get a signed parenting agreement out of mediation because of Dennis’ priorities and perfect placement of pressure on the defendant. Dennis dissected what was important in my case very quickly and made suggestions of reputable experts that proved to be essential. His office even recommended and compiled a full spreadsheet on who the equity in the house belonged to. His office also updated my will & testament, set up an estate for my children, updated my medical power of attorney and helped me apply for a name change. Mr. Dennis Dozier, Mr. Adam Dozier and their whole team have been tremendous to our family! From day one, from stepping into his office to meet and speak with Mr. Dennis in person, our lives have already started to change and faith was brought into our quite difficult situation! Definitely No Regrets
