Wills, POA and AD

Adam was very helpful in providing information and answering our questions around trusts vs wills. The information along with examples and scenarios helped us to determine confidently what we felt was best for us. Superb lawyer!

Adam Dozier represented me in a case and absolutely crushed it. He was easy to work with, accessible, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Not only did he get the suit against me thrown out, he got the judge to grant my countersuit. Met with Adam for a free consult in October, 2021 to evaluate options in order to determine what chapter was best for our situation. He was very professional, polite, attentive, courteous and provided an extensive amount of legal information for our situation. After listening, he explained the diffe...rences between chapters, what could happen, the role of the trustee in terms we could understand. Didn’t mention anything about cost, until we asked. We asked when we needed to pay, which is up front within a few days. Worked out as it was close to the end of the month. Once we hired & payed Dozier Law for Legal assistance, we sat down with Sherrie another valued & professional team member at Dozier Law who assisted us throughout the entire process. They both were available throughout to answer our questions during the process & kept us informed of next steps, status and when it was discharged(January 2022).
