About Caleb
Biography
Caleb is a seasoned litigator for trial law and appellate law, having argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Walter F. George School of Law teaching legal writing.
As a law student, Caleb was recognized for his work being a volunteer with the Georgia Public Defenders Standards Council for a case heard by the Georgia Supreme Court. Caleb practiced civil litigation and criminal defense in Madison, Georgia.
After that stint in Morgan County Georgia, he later served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Martha Christian and Judge Ed Ennis of the Macon Judicial Circuit Superior Court. Having built a reputation for being a stellar legal writer, Caleb was then asked by Kathy McArthur to join the McArthur Law Firm.
Attorney Walker’s addition to MLF has helped bolster Mrs. McArthur’s litigation team to develop a solid reputation for being capable of winning legal arguments. This is achieved by virtue of MLF now having one of the State’s premier legal minds (among civil lawyers) to help craft legal briefs, memorandums, and appellate documents.
