I grew up in Milledgeville, and after attending law school at George Mason in northern Virginia, I decided to move home to practice law. My practice focuses on eminent domain law, representing businesses (everything from setting up businesses to litigating business disputes), and representing individuals bringing consumer actions under the Fair Business Practices Act. I also have handled several adoptions over the years, which are particularly rewarding to handle.
My wife is also at attorney in Macon, and we enjoy spending time with our two dogs, traveling, going to concerts, and golfing.

Excellent Service On Several Matters
Devlin has handled our family's business for several years. He has helped us restructure our corporations, prepared our wills, and even probated by husband's estate for me. He is always quick to return my phone calls, and he has a knack for easily explaining complex legal things so that it is easy ...
"I endorse this lawyer. Devlin takes his client's goals to heart and works tirelessly to achieve them."
"I have known Devlin personally and professionally for over a decade. Devlin is much more than an outstanding trial attorney and brilliant legal mind; he takes a great personal interest in his clients' legal difficulties. Devlin is not only well versed in the law, but he has the rare ability to explain it to his clients and juries alike. Devlin fights aggressively for his clients both in and outside of the courtroom, but never strays from the rules or his ethical duties. There is no doubt that these are traits he acquired while working to become an Eagle Scout. Clients should have no reservation trusting Devlin to handle their business and personal legal matters. It is because of these traits that I chose to start my legal career working for such a phenomenal individual and attorney."
