Biography
My clients are people who have been injured or have suffered the death of a family member due to someone else's carelessness. We have helped folks recover from the burdens of an injury or death in cases arising from motor vehicle or truck wrecks, medical errors, workplace injuries, injuries on property, and injuries from defective products. We greatly enjoy helping to "level the playing field" for our clients who are often up against large corporations or insurance companies.
I believe strongly that our civil justice system works best when it works for all citizens, and not just powerful business lobbies that would close the courthouse doors to ordinary citizens if tehy could.
