Franklin Thomas Gaddy

I strongly caution anyone considering Franklin Gaddy for legal representation. I hired him for my divorce and custody case and paid over $12,000 in legal fees. After more than two years, I never had a single court hearing, and my case went absolutely nowhere. Even with serious concerns involving m...y child’s safety and documented evidence, Mr. Gaddy failed to take action or advocate for me properly. I was repeatedly misled, ignored, and left completely in the dark about my case’s progress—if there was any at all. His inaction caused major delays, unnecessary emotional stress, and financial loss. To make matters worse, he abruptly dropped my case with no warning, leaving me to start from scratch with a new attorney. I feel completely taken advantage of and do not believe he acted in my or my child’s best interest. If you are going through something as serious as a custody or divorce matter, I urge you to find a lawyer who will actually fight for you—because Mr. Gaddy did not.
