Talk to a manager. You have to report comp conflicts to a supervisor to prevent procedural estoppel. If it persists, talk to a workers comp attorney.

Depending on the charge, the failure to indict within 90 days of arrest does entitle your to bond in Georgia. Other than that, a speedy trial...
