We have closed twice now with this firm. They were helpful, friendly and really made us feel comfortable with the process. This last closing was for our permanent loan. It was great, just like the first time! And the comedy is free. Great lawyers!

Excellent -- He Saved Our Closing
I have closed many properties in the past. We had a closing on a house and everything looked like it was going to fall through. Mr. Fricks did a great job of putting the parties (and the lender) back on track. We would not have our beautiful home if it weren't for him and his firm! Thank you!
