John P. Harrington

In May 2024, I consulted attorney John Harrington for ~40 minutes. At his request, I sent him hundreds of pages of confidential case strategy, privileged communications, and work product for review prior to a formal contract. He went silent until November 2024, when he appeared in court representing ...my opposing party, claiming no obligation to me without a signed contract. A month into his representation, realizing his client was lying, Harrington secretly advised me on filing motions against her, one of which the court accepted. His client later revealed that Harrington committed spoliation of evidence and lied to the court. Harrington committed perjury and spoliation on December 9, 2024, and February 10, 2025, and openly committed perjury before Judge Wall in Bleckley Superior Court on September 23, 2026. Don't hire him. It will be a nightmare for you.
