James Curtis Garner

Mr. Garner met with me and spent about 2 hours talking himself up. He sounded as tho he would work with us in my son’s case so I wrote him a check and hired him. When I met with him next he had decided that a plea would be the best answer. No, that wasn’t because he was on parole and he didn’t commit... the misdemeanor he was accused of. We wanted to fight the charge but Mr. Garner did not. We agreed to part ways at that time and he refunded my money except $500 for our first consultation. He had no fight in him.
