After graduating near the top of my law school class, I returned to my hometown to begin practicing law at the Fulcher Law Firm. I honed my litigation skills defending individuals and businesses in a variety of disputes. My practice evolved to include complex cases, such as the defense of class action lawsuits and high stakes transportation litigation.
I have experience in many aspects of employment law, including the ADA, ADEA, and Title VII. I have helped employers navigate through the minefields of the FMLA and FLSA and have provided advice regarding discipline and termination of employees. I have drafted employee handbooks for a number of local businesses and also have defended against EEOC charges and unemployment claims.
Outside of my professional career, I have been actively involved in the community. Over the years, I have volunteered locally with the Children’s Hospital at MCG, Trinity Hospice, and the Family Y as well as with the Missionaries of Charity Gift of Grace AIDS home in Atlanta. I have also been involved with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. In 1999, I was nominated for the Alvin W. Vogtle CSRA Volunteer of the Year Award.

Excellent Attorney
In the area of employment law, I highly recommend Beth McLeod. On occasion I will engage Beth to review an employment matter for our company. I have found every situation to be different and she works very hard to determine the best approach in handling the various matters.
