Phillip Kyle Perry

I joined Fulcher Hagler as an Associate in September 2013 after graduating No. 1 in my class from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in May 2013.  A native of Sparta, Georgia, I am a 2006 graduate of John Hancock Academy and a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia.

My practice areas include litigation and family law.  I assist the firm’s clients with matters involving medical malpractice and professional liability defense, products liability, railroad litigation, family law, automobile insurance defense, local government law and other general litigation matters.

A recipient of the Mercer Lawyer Scholarship, I served as a Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review in law school.  I received the George Waldo Woodruff Award of Excellence for graduating at the top of the Class of 2013.

I hold a degree in International Affairs from UGA, which I earned in just three and a half years.
