Austin Jackson grew up in Augusta, GA. He attended Westminster Schools of Augusta and then went on to receive an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a law degree from the University of South Carolina.

After law school, Austin served as an Assistant Solicitor for the State of South Carolina. Mr. Jackson prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases, ranging from DUI and traffic violations to major felonies including burglary, assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, and drug trafficking.

He then took a position with Hull Storey Gibson Companies in Augusta, Georgia, an owner of shopping malls and shopping centers from Virginia to Texas. Mr. Jackson served as leasing counsel to HSGC, concentrating on landlord lease agreements and non-paying resident ejection filings.

In the fall of 2013, he formed his own firm, M. Austin Jackson, Attorney at Law and joined it with Jackson Law Offices, P.C. He finds working hand-in-hand with his father to be a dream come true. He primarily focuses his practice in the area of personal injury litigation.

Outside of work, he enjoys all sports, flying (a passion of his from childhood), and rooting on the Georgia Bulldogs. He and his wife live in Augusta, have one child, and are members of Reid Memorial Presbyterian.

I am a licensed realtor and a single mom living in Georgia. As a realtor, I am also considered an independent business owner. This also comes with the fact that my position is commission driven–no work no pay and no car no work. While coming from a house showing, and heading back to my office, I became involved in a head-on collision. A driver made  a turn  from a side street into my path. Within seconds, a second car, traveling in the oncoming lane, swerved into my lane to avoid the turning car.  The second car hit me, causing a big head-on collision.  The pain that rushed through my body was just excruciating.
