This may be a scam. Block all contact, don't pay them any money, and don't speak to the cops...........

If you sue them, you can request discovery of those recordings. Absent a lawsuit, they are not required to turn them over.

If you are the proper defendant, then the SSN is not an issue. It is just a typo. If they have the wrong person entirely, then it is an issue.
